Droppe is building the most comfortable way to order workwear online. Our mission is to support over 95 million workers across Europe get workwear that actually fits how they work—from early morning to late evening, on and off the job.
For too long, workwear has been ordered by procurement teams or managers guessing their way through endless product lists. We believe there’s a better way—one that puts the actual worker first. By bringing in intuitive design & AI to our Prosumer Workers and B2B buyers, we're rethinking how professional e-commerce works at scale.
In the past 6 months, we’ve doubled our conversion rate, reached over 1 million annual visitors, and gained over 1,000 new customers . As we continue scaling, designing world-class experiences is at the core of our focus, and strategy.
You will be responsible for designing new features from scratch, identifying bottlenecks and improving existing user flows, and helping us continuously optimize the full customer journey so we can deliver what we're out to do—to create the most comfortable way to order workwear. You’ll work closely with the product engineering, growth, and customer teams to deeply understand both user needs and business goals—and translate those into world-class experiences.

Proven track record in top-performing e-commerce & CRO
Strong UI design experience and a good grasp of modern design patterns
Extensive experience in UX research and UX fundamentals
Proven track record in self-built AI workflows & proactive hunger for learning the latest tech
Exposure to large-scale e-commerce or marketplaces, especially Prosumer / B2B
Experience in Figma & scaling larger design systems
Good eye for design, cares deeply about world-class UX, and has projects to back this up
Skills in GA4 and exploring e-commerce data is considered a strong plus
Experience in fashion e-commerce or top-conversion-rate-performing e-commerce brands is a great plus
Knowledge of multiple European languages is considered a plus
Minimum 4 years in UI/UX and/or product design, with minimum 2 years in e-commerce / CRO
In our day-to-day work, we use mostly use Figma, Claude/Gemini/ChatGPT, Linear, and Github for design-related tasks.
