Are you looking for a meaningful and flexible part-time student job based in Aarhus C? Do you want to contribute to global anti-corruption efforts and gain practical experience in an international, purpose-driven organisation? Then we want to hear from you!
FAFPI is an association and a collective action initiative with a clear mission: to eliminate facilitation payments globally. Through cross-sectoral, action-oriented collaboration, we gather data, build knowledge, and raise awareness by uniting key stakeholders around this shared goal.
Our vision is a world without facilitation payments – where organisations, individuals, and societies are no longer burdened by this everyday form of corruption.
As our new Ethics & Compliance Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our operations and communications. You’ll work closely with experts and stakeholders from around the world, helping us create positive change through structure, creativity, and collaboration.
Your tasks will include:
Coordinating the practical aspects of our yearly meetings and events.
Structuring and maintaining our collaboration platform (files, chats, and resources).
Supporting working groups with planning, meeting follow-up, and preparing materials.
Enhancing and updating our website and social media presence.
Assisting the Board and members on projects such as funding, partnerships, and recruitment.
Taking on project-based and ad hoc tasks as needed.
We’re looking for a proactive and organised student who is eager to make a difference. Ideally, you are:
Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in Communication, Political Science, Human Security, Marketing, or a related field.
Structured and detail-oriented, with strong planning and coordination skills.
A confident communicator, fluent in English (spoken and written).
Experienced with common office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A fast learner who adapts well to new tasks and tools.
Guided by integrity and a clear ethical mindset.
Available 8–16 hours per week with flexibility around your study schedule.
Based in or able to commute to Aarhus C.
A chance to apply and grow your planning, communication, and coordination skills in a meaningful real-world context.
A flexible work environment based in Aarhus C, with lots of autonomy and space for your input.
Insight into the world of ethics and compliance, and the opportunity to contribute to a global anti-corruption initiative.
The chance to work with experienced professionals and build a relevant network.
Compensation based on your qualifications and experience.
We are seeking to fill the position from July 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter.
