🕒 Part-time | Unpaid internship (Summer–Fall 2025)
Are you a strong writer? Do you have a knack for turning ideas into clear, compelling applications?
Are you passionate about children, learning, and technology — and know how to communicate that value to funders and partners?
We’re looking for a Fundraising & Grant Writing Intern to help us craft strong applications (ideally in Danish) and build relationships with foundations and partners. You'll work closely with Hello Ada’s founder and team to identify relevant funding opportunities, draft applications, and strengthen our strategic communication efforts.
What is Hello Ada? Hello Ada is an AI-powered learning platform where kids aged 7–14 can build their own games and apps — without needing to code. We focus especially on helping more girls become creators with technology. Our AI Studio and workshops are co-created with kids, and we’re gearing up for a major scale-up in 2025.
What you’ll do:
Write and edit grant applications (primarily in Danish)
Help identify relevant grants, funds, and partners
Translate our mission and impact into targeted, compelling narratives
Adapt existing materials to fit different formats and funders
Support with budget descriptions and reporting language
Help track deadlines, submitted applications, and in-progress work
We imagine you:
Write fluently and professionally in Danish (preferred, but not required — applications in Danish are our priority)
Are structured, detail-oriented, and good at meeting deadlines
Have an interest in tech, education, children, and social impact
May have experience with grants through NGOs, student orgs, or coursework
Want to be part of a small, passionate team and learn how to build something from the ground up
What you’ll get:
Real experience in fundraising and strategic communication
Insight into Hello Ada’s past (and upcoming) grant strategy
A chance to make a real difference in how many children we can reach in 2025
A reference or recommendation letter upon completion
Flexible working hours and close collaboration with our team
Note: This internship is unpaid and best suited for students or recent graduates looking to gain experience in fundraising, social innovation, and impact-driven communication.
