We sometimes call Chamberly the tinder of mental health due to its highly interactive UI that connects listeners with users that want to vent about certain topics. Chamberly isn’t just a mental health platform, it’s a place to find your permanent emotional well-being partner that shares the same interest and life experiences as you, allowing users to wander off with their new found best friend.

🧠 Responsibility

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

Take the lead on managing Chamberly’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, (and beyond!). You'll create thoughtful, engaging content and develop a clear strategy to grow our visibility, drive meaningful engagement, and build a strong online community around mental health.

Event Planning & Community Engagement

Plan and organize interactive events, both in-app (to keep our users inspired and engaged) and within the team (think about fun meetups, bonding activities, and team-building moments). You’ll be both the planner and the motivator who helps bring people together with purpose and joy.

Culture Shaping

Establish a culture of safety, kindness, creativity, and collaboration, for both our users and our team. You’ll help define and nurture the spirit of Chamberly, making sure it’s a place where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

💼 Your Experience (Required):

• Experience in creating content on multiple platforms and growing a followers base.

• Experience leading communities on Reddit, Discord, Tiktok, or similar platforms.

• Are an active and curious user on various social media platforms, with a strong understanding of how different platforms work and what makes content truly connect with people.

• Have hands-on experience creating engaging content, and are comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Figma or similar for image and video editing.

• Have the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams.

• Bring a vibrant personality to the table: You're outgoing, empathetic, charismatic, and full of positive energy that uplifts both users and teammates.

• Communicate fluently in English (our working language), both in writing and speaking.

⭐ Bonus Experience (Nice to have):

• Experience or passion for mental health, wellness, or emotional well-being

• Active involvement in community-driven causes (e.g., mental health advocacy, LGBTQ+ support, sustainability, animal welfare)

• A neutral public profile when it comes to political or geopolitical topics.

• Experience collaborating across cultures or remote, international teams.

• An international background with ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both in writing and speaking.

Even if you’re a half baked red velvet 🍰and don’t fulfill all the above, we may still find you super interesting! This is an unpaid opportunity during the partnership trial. Upon completion of the trial period, you’ll be offered shares + salary, and will become titled ‘Co-Founder’ of Chamberly and be the official head of social media and events department.
