We're looking for someone curious and collaborative to join our team in a key role connecting customer insights from social media and reviews back into the heart of our organization.
Your responsibilities may include
Monitor and engage across social media and review platform
Respond to feedback with empathy and professionalism
Track our social media key metrics, and use them to report on KPIs
Collaborate closely with marketing, customer care, and product teams
Work with our BPO partners to ensure quality and consistency
Share customer sentiment and insights to help shape decision-making
Support unexpected event communication and escalations regarding community engagement
This experience will help you succeed
Experience in social media, customer service, or online community management
Good written communication skills, with a thoughtful tone
Hands on experience with most social media platforms
Ability to analyze data and spot meaningful trends
A proactive mindset and engagement in improving customer experiences
Experience with providing feedback on quality, training and setting expectations to external partners (e.g., BPOs) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. (direct relevant experience can compensate)
It is a benefit to have, or be open to learning
Social media tools, such as Falcon
Experience with Google Suite (sheets, docs, etc., M365 (excel, powerpoint)
