As part of our Project & Research Operations (PRO) department, you’ll join a team dedicated to deepening these insights through rigorous research methods, including implicit testing and neuroscientific measurements.

We’re now looking for an Insights Team Lead to take ownership of a key part of that work: leading our Insights team and driving the development and progress of our core service offerings - Brand Reports, Industry Reports, Implicit Insight Services (Explore), and Data Handling & Optimization. This is a role that blends hands-on contribution with team enablement, strategic sparring, and operational ownership. You’ll be responsible for ensuring insights are not only valid and valuable, but also structured, scalable, and embedded strategically across the organization.

With science and integrity as your foundation, your work will shape how Neurons enables clients to act with confidence in a fast-moving, attention-driven world. Most importantly, you’ll enable internal teams by ensuring insights are not just produced — but actively leveraged for business growth and differentiation.

Your key responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and support the Insights team, including a full-time analyst and rotating interns, with a focus on growth, collaboration, and delivery.
• Foster a strong team culture grounded in scientific integrity, transparency, and continuous learning.
• Drive prioritization, personal development, and operational clarity across the team.

Service Ownership & Delivery Oversight 

• Own all insight service lines (e.g., Brand & Industry Reports, Explore Models, internal data initiatives).
• Set reporting standards, timelines, and processes to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.

Insights Execution & Scientific Rigor

• Ensure methodological robustness and statistical soundness in all reporting (e.g., significance testing, regression, correlation).
• Translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
• Champion structured, replicable insight storytelling across the board.

Hands-On Contribution 

• Step in on high-impact reports and client-facing projects where needed.
• Communicate complex insights clearly for executive and non-technical audiences.

Operational Excellence & Enablement 

• Drive scalability through standardization and reduce reliance on ad-hoc work.
• Use tools and automation to improve speed and accuracy.
• Encourage a mindset of efficiency, curiosity, and continuous improvement (AI experience a plus, but not required).

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate closely with CX, Product, Marketing, and Operations to transform insights into measurable impact.
• Promote active use of insights to drive product strategy, marketing positioning, and client success.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in insights, analytics, or research roles.
• Proven ability to manage projects and people in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to transform data into meaningful stories.
• Skilled in statistical analysis, including significance testing, regression, and correlation analysis - experience with meta-analysis is a plus.
• Experience working with or around AI tools, automations, and data systems.
• Comfortable operating hands-on while structuring processes at a higher level.
• Natural communicator who thrives in transparent, feedback-driven cultures.
• Experience with analytical tools and software.
• Fluent in English; Danish is not required.
• Located within or willing to relocate to the Greater Copenhagen area.
