About the Role

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Qrora, you’ll be a central part of our IT team and the development of our platform. We're in the early stages and the team is still being formed — giving you a unique opportunity to join from the beginning and help build something modern from scratch. As part of a small team, you’ll be involved in all parts of product development — from design to development, testing, and operations.

You’ll work directly under our CEO Kristoffer, who currently leads the platform’s technical development.

Your responsibilities include:

• Development across the entire codebase, from front-end to back-end

• Working with modern technologies, in a legacy free environment

• Collaborating with the product- and business team to align technical solutions with business goals

Your Experience

This is a senior role, and we are looking for someone with 5+ years of full-stack development experience.

You’ve built robust solutions and are comfortable working independently and solving problems on your own. Since we're a small team under development, it’s important that you're well-versed in both back-end and front-end. A university degree focused on programming is preferred.

You should have solid experience with our current tech stack:

• Postgres

• NodeJS

• Fastify

• Vite

• React

• Tailwind CSS

• Docker

Bonus points if you’ve helped build solutions from scratch and have experience with:

• Server-side rendering (SSR)

• Microservices architecture

• LLMs and RAG

• React Native
