Humly is revolutionising education with a digital marketplace that gives supply educators full control over their careers – and helps schools, nurseries, and children access great education instantly.
We’ve been doing it since 2015 – that’s why we’re the market leader in Sweden and have the most downloaded supply app in the UK.
To support our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our North West team in Preston. This is a key role at the heart of what we do – matching educators with opportunities and ensuring both schools and staff receive outstanding service every time.
You’ll thrive here if you come from a recruitment background and want to bring your experience into a fast-paced, mission-led environment where every day matters.
As an Operations Specialist, you’ll manage the full placement process – from urgent, same-day bookings to long-term and permanent roles. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring that supply educators are matched quickly and accurately, while maintaining Humly’s high standards of service and communication.
You’ll report to the Operations Team Leader and work closely with our Talent and Client Teams to deliver an exceptional experience for both schools and educators.
