We’ve launched. We’ve got early traction. Now we’re looking for a real cofounder to own the commercial engine: sales, partnerships, growth, and visibility — with heart, hustle, and creativity.
Supplier onboarding – build the pipeline, sign new adventures
B2B sales – close company deals (retreats, offsites, team events, gifting)
Growth strategy – test and run campaigns, from email to social to affiliate
Social media – plan + post on IG, TikTok, LinkedIn using AI tools + real stories
Affiliate & referral programs – set up low-code systems to scale reach
Build a team.
You’re not a title chaser — you’re a closer, a doer, and a builder
You’ve sold ideas, services, or products before — even without a playbook
You love figuring things out: tools, templates, outreach, content, experiments
You probably use ChatGPT, Notion, and Canva already to work smarter
You care about meaningful travel, local businesses, and making it easier for people to experience real adventures
Cofounder role with equity (5–15% depending on commitment + milestones)
Full ownership of the commercial side — with space to test, break, and grow
