As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be a key member of our Operations team. You will have a versatile role where you ensure customer satisfaction and success – while also handling technical challenges and support cases.
Onboarding and training new customers in using our products and platforms
Following up with customers to ensure high satisfaction
Explaining features and highlighting the value of our solutions
Analyzing user data and identifying improvement opportunities
Troubleshooting and supporting hardware, software, and network connectivity
Optimizing our support and customer processes
You have technical understanding and can quickly grasp complex systems
You are analytical and structured in your problem-solving approach
You are service-minded and enjoy interacting with customers
You communicate clearly and professionally – both verbally and in writing
You take initiative and thrive in a role involving both hands-on support and proactive customer care
You are curious and open-minded
You are not afraid to fail
Fluent in English - both written and spoken is a requirement
Formal education is a plus but not a requirement
Experience with the following is a plus:
Technical support
IT, SaaS, or IoT solutions
Customer service or customer success
Analyzing user data and customer interactions
Full-time position (37 hours per week)
On site in our office in Odense
