✨ About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and people-centered Growth Intern to help grow the community. Over the course of three months (July–September 2025), you’ll focus on designing and implementing outreach strategies to bring new, aligned members into the ecosystem.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute outreach strategies to attract new Aban Foundation's members

• Identify and engage with communities, groups, and individuals aligned with Aban Foundation's values

• Support digital campaigns and storytelling to promote the benefits of membership

• Organize or support small online/in-person events to welcome prospective members

• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a warm, intentional introduction to Aban Foundation

• Track and report progress on member growth targets and engagement efforts

• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure cohesive messaging

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Creative thinker with initiative and follow-through

• Comfortable using social media and basic digital tools (e.g., Canva, Google Suite)

• Self-directed but collaborative; responsive to feedback

• Culturally sensitive and able to engage diverse audiences with care
