Step into the engine room of a fast-growing tech startup and help shape Medusa’s commercial future while learning how to market and scale a category defining commerce platform.
Are you a structured problem-solver with a passion for tech and an eagerness to learn how startups scale? This role offers a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience across go-to-market, sales, and operations at an early-stage tech company that’s moving fast.
As a Founder Associate, you’ll sit at the intersection of business and technology, working directly with our Co-Founder and COO, Nick, an experienced operator and former McKinsey consultant. You’ll help drive strategic initiatives, support go-to-market execution, and play a key role in building the foundation of our commercial organization.
At Medusa, our mission is to expand digital commerce in depth and variety by providing developer tools and infrastructure for building reliable, specialized commerce applications quickly.

From day one, you’ll take ownership of projects that directly shape our go-to-market strategy, sales operations, and internal processes.
You’ll work closely with our COO and co-founder, Nick, in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment focused on solving some of the most important challenges and opportunities within the commercial function. Expect a steep learning curve, real responsibility, and the chance to build from zero, balanced with plenty of support and mentorship.
