We’re looking for a new colleague to lead our work with large strategy consulting firms in EMEA.
The GTM Lead manages these key client relationships and supports the adoption of Inex One. We're seeing rapid growth in this client segment - but it's currently mostly random, by word of mouth. As GTM Lead, you will actively deepen the relationships through meetings with various stakeholders (e.g. partners, research managers, and consultants), account mapping and planning, and strategic communication. You will independently plan and lead your work, with the goal of making thousands of users successful with Inex One (we currently support north of 8,000 people).
You will manage communications and 2-way feedback between our firm and each key client organization, including product and service improvement suggestions. This role reports directly to me (CEO). You will work alongside me and our Product, Business Intelligence and Account Management teams. The career growth path from GTM Lead is to become the general manager for our entire UK business.
Own, build and strengthen relationships with our largest clients, including senior leaders in some of the most prestigious investment and strategy consulting firms.
Plan trainings, onboardings, and scalable communication within each client firm.
Educate users on the full suite of tools on Inex One (expert networks, surveys, internal transcript library and AI transcripts chat, and the white-label tech solution).
Use our wealth of product data to further sharpen communication.
Collect product feedback and be the voice of large consulting firms in our internal Product working groups, building the leading tech platform in the primary research industry.
2-5 years of strategy consulting experience, including CDD and PE work.
Experience from using Inex One vs. traditional expert networks is meriting, but not necessary.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
An international mindset and experience interacting with diverse cultures.
Analytical skills and comfort working with data.
Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal) skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and execution skills, including planning, prioritization, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
A highly driven and proactive work ethic, with the ability to independently overcome obstacles and achieve results.
A client-service mindset and impeccable professionalism.
