Wear&Care is a Danish scale-up delivering digital care solutions to municipalities (care homes and home care). Through intelligent sensors and smart data usage, we help caregivers work smarter and improve quality of life.

We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytically strong CBS student (preferably from International Business or a similar program) who wants to combine business acumen with real-world impact.

You’ll play a key role in building strong business cases for our customers and leadership. Your work will support both our commercial strategy and day-to-day operations.

Your tasks will include:

• Business case modelling and ROI calculations

• Data collection and analysis from customers and devices

• CRM reporting and dashboard building (HubSpot)

• Creating clear presentations (PowerPoint or Canva)

• Supporting simple workflow automation in Make (optional)

We imagine you are:

• A 2nd or 3rd-year BSc student in International Business (or similar)

• Structured and analytical with a commercial mindset

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint / Canva

• Experienced with HubSpot and/or Make.com (not required, but a plus)

• Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders

• Interested in healthtech, SaaS, and public sector innovation

• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)

• A driver’s license holder (advantage, not requirement)

Practical details:

• Position: ca. 15 hours/week

• Start date: As soon as possible

• Location: Remote / customer sites / HQ in Greve

• Language: English or Danish
