We’re looking for a full-stack engineer to join us on our mission and help build the next layer of operational middleware for Capital Markets Infrastructure.  As part of the founding team (CEO, CPO) you’ll play an instrumental role in delivering our roadmap and organically grow into the CTO to lead our technology team as we scale up.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CPO to deliver our strategic tech stack and feature roadmap

• Design and build new features, including agentic AI capabilities, MCP servers, ingestion pipelines, automation workflows, and data lakes

• Build a performant, secure and scalable platform that can integrate with multiple different data sources and downstream systems

• Evolve our culture and establish the fondations for an engineering function that scales with our growth

What we’re looking for

• Experience in agentic AI frameworks, scripting languages and/or database technologies.

• A strong understanding of API-driven, cloud-native system architectures that are built to be secure, scalable, and performant

• Interest in AI, prompt engineering, data processing and analysis

• Entrepreneurial mindset to build cutting edge technology that delivers real value for key problem statements

• You can drive delivery, effect change and work independently. You move fast but you never compromise on scalability or security for a quick win

• You have a passion for data engineering, automation, and fintech innovation.

• You have a constant need to challenge the status quo, whilst finding ways to deliver in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

• You value transparency, respect, and collaboration

The starting salary represents the startup, co-founder nature of this role and is offered along with the opportunity for equity, with the potential for unlimited upside if we succeed in our mission.
