Landfolk is looking for a full-time Marketing & Email Automation Specialist to join our brand and marketing team. We are building a premium, curated holiday home experience for hosts, guests, and service partners through our three-sided marketplace.
Founded in February 2021 by seven ex-Airbnb colleagues, Landfolk is an online marketplace for handpicked holiday homes. Based in the heart of Aarhus, Denmark, we're rapidly expanding across Europe, operating in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Italy, France and Germany. Our curated approach ensures that we offer only the most beautiful and unique holiday homes to our community of travellers.
We recently raised a €10.3M series A from top investors (EIFO, SEED Capital & HEARTLAND) to accelerate our European expansion.
The opportunity
We are, as part of our exciting brand journey, looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, implementing, and optimizing our marketing automation effort (e.g. emails) to enhance customer engagement, drive lead generation, and improve overall marketing efficiency.
You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our marketing success through our automation and personalization journey within our owned media and email marketing.
Key responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns - with main focus on email.
Build and maintain email templates and forms within our email automation platform.
Develop and implement use cases and automated/personalized flows. Sending the right message to the right people at the right time (all automated).
Set-up trigger based, life-cycle and seasonal based communications.
Segment and manage audience lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with our loyalty and CRM responsible to understand consumer journey, trigger points, campaign objectives and translate them into effective automation strategies.
Work closely with our tech team and secure data integration.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the marketing automation platform.
Qualifications
Technical background with a proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) from a marketing automation and personalization role - with significant experience in email marketing
Strong proficiency with our email automation platform (Agillic).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
