We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join Supermetrics and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Leadership Team, driving the alignment and execution of strategy and operations.
Based in either our Helsinki, Finland HQ or our Dublin, Ireland office, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning strategy, streamlining operations, and ensuring our leadership team can focus on high-impact initiatives. From accelerating strategic growth programs to driving cross-functional transformation, you’ll be instrumental in scaling Supermetrics with clarity and intent.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Collaborate with leadership to define, prioritize, and operationalize strategic initiatives / programs.
Develop and monitor execution plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic projects.
Provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Lead or oversee complex projects that are critical to the organization’s success.
Partner with function leads to ensure initiatives are adequately resourced and aligned with broader organizational goals.
Operational Excellence
Drive operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, recommending process & automation improvements and executing initiatives to improve.
Implement and maintain systems for tracking the organization’s key objectives and key results (OKRs).
Oversee the execution of high-priority initiatives, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned.
Advisory Support to Leadership
Share insights and recommendations for the CEO and leadership team on organizational challenges and opportunities.
Represent the CEO and Leadership Team members in meetings, preparing materials and debriefs as required.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement
Draft and review relevant executive communications, including presentations, reports, and board materials
Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Facilitate key meetings, including agenda preparation, ensuring actionable outcomes.
Education and Experience
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
5-10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, program/project management, or a similar role, with exposure to senior leadership.
Previous experience of working in B2B Software is beneficial, and knowledge about MarTech industry is considered a plus.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a data-driven mindset.
Demonstrated skills and track record in change management.
Outstanding written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
