Your main responsibility will be to respond to customer issues with care, timeliness, and a positive attitude, so every user feels supported. You will also serve as a key link between our users and our team, helping to improve our products by sharing user feedback and insights. Support: Respond to customer inquiries effectively and ensure users feel heard and helped.
Training: Guide new users and assist them in the use of our software.
Communication: Share customer feedback, issues, and feature requests with the product team clearly and constructively.
Positive support mindset: You bring a friendly, can-do attitude to customer interactions, even when things get tricky.
Language skills: You are speaking and writing Finnish and English on a professional level. You can translate complex technical issues into plain language, helping users feel confident and informed.
Technical aptitude: You can quickly understand software solutions. When things don't go as expected, you can reason and explain problems clearly to others.
Customer focus: You are willing to go the extra mile for our users, making certain they understand our solution and are happy to use it. You also think critically about processes and suggest improvements when needed.
Medical or healthcare background: We would be delighted to have this position filled by someone who has worked in or close to the Social and Healthcare field, bringing a better connection and understanding of our users.
Knowledge of other languages: We are actively expanding abroad, and any local language we can speak there is appreciated! Here in Finland, Swedish skills are highly valued!
Previous experience with speech recognition technology.
We expect the applicant to join us in our Helsinki office regularly. Therefore, we expect you to be living close by or being able to regularly travel to the office.
Salary: We have budgeted a salary in the 2600–3000 EUR range, depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
Great colleagues: Our team currently consists of 14 highly-skilled individuals, who are all happy to get you on board and teach you the ins and outs of how we work.
Hybrid work location: We like to meet in the office in Helsinki, Pasila, but are also flexibly working remotely. Part of the team is spread out over Southern Finland, but for this position, we would prefer someone who can visit the office at least a couple of times a week.
