We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join Oda!

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments. You will be part of the operational management team and take responsibility for maintaining structure, overseeing production planning, and driving continuous improvements. The role involves close collaboration with shift leaders, team leaders, and operational managers to ensure targets are met and deviations are resolved efficiently.

You’ll be expected to maintain oversight of the value chain, ensure operational consistency, and contribute both strategically and hands-on. The position requires sound judgment, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a clear communication style.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in a fixed night shift role. Working hours will be within our core operation hours, from 22:00 to 06:00, with additional time allocated for prep and handover duties.

What you’ll be doing

Operational Oversight & Coordination

• Monitor operational performance across departments using internal tools and systems.
• Identify improvement areas based on operational insights and follow up with concrete actions along with shift leaders.
• Maintain a clear communication plan for shift and team leaders.
• Track and report incidents, downtime, and facility-related risks.
• Escalate issues to the correct stakeholders and ensure proper follow-up.
• Support staffing overview and ensure execution aligns with staffing plans.

Planning & Communication

• Plan, control, and adjust production in line with forecasts and input from relevant departments.
• Coordinate with the Delivery team to optimize capacity and ensure sales targets can be met.
• Share updates efficiently through Slack and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot operational tools and maintain critical planning documents.
• Act as the initial point of contact for emergency services in case of fire or serious incidents.
