We’re done doing things the old way.
Now we’re building an AI-native go-to-market engine—not with a bloated team, but through AI agents, lean systems, and strategic orchestration. And we need someone to lead this transformation with the CEO.
Your Mission
This is not just a biz dev role. You’re here to build an autonomous GTM stack that supports our pipeline, outreach, content, and intelligence—without hiring 20 people.
You will:
Identify, test, and deploy AI agents across:
Lead gen & qualification
Tender monitoring & intelligence
Cold outreach & follow-ups
Social selling & visibility
Inbound capture & routing
Build repeatable GTM flows using tools like:
Clay, Browse AI, LangChain, CrewAI, GPT-4, Perplexity, Superagent
Work directly with the CEO to:
Reanimate “dead zones” in GTM
Track time savings and pipeline impact
Turn manual chaos into intelligent systems
Create dashboards, reports, and visibility for what’s working
Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to scale the best flows
You’ll Thrive If You…
Have 2–4 years in biz dev, growth, or early-stage ops (bonus: B2B SaaS or public-sector sales)
Think like a builder, not just a closer
Love working with tools like GPT, Clay, Zapier, Notion, or LangChain
Are obsessed with leverage—getting more output with fewer resources
Can work autonomously, fast, and with accountability
