We’re hiring a sharp, execution-driven student to help us identify, test, and implement AI agents across the entire company—from sales and marketing to product, legal, customer success, and tender writing.

This isn’t a research paper.

This is real-world AI orchestration—with full CEO support.

🧠 Your Mission

You’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO to:

• Map our entire GTM and internal workflow structure

• Identify use-cases for agent orchestration (content creation, sales prospecting, demo prep, post-meeting automation, tender writing, etc.)

• Analyze and test real AI agents and tools (e.g. AutoGPT, Superagent, Cognosys, CrewAI, OpenPipe, LangChain)

• Build an AI Agent Library for WasteHero (tool links, use-cases, risks, and implementation notes)

• Run small-scale pilots with internal teams and document results

• Help launch one production-level agent flow that saves real hours and scales our output

  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• You’re a student (business, tech, AI, or product-related fields all welcome)

• You’ve already played with AI tools (bonus if you’ve explored multi-agent tools or built your own)

• You’re naturally curious, autonomous, and organized

• You think in systems and workflows, not just hacks

• You can write and present clearly to stakeholders (you’ll be reporting to the CEO)

• You’re not afraid to test, break, or rebuild ideas

🎯 Bonus Points

• You’ve used or studied tools like:

  • LangChain, AgentOps, CrewAI, Flowise, Cognosys, Superagent

  • Notion AI, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.

• You follow the AI startup scene (you’ve heard of Cursor AI, Lindy, or Swan AI)

• You enjoy writing or building automations on the side
