RevaGroup is a fast-growing property rental aggregator launched in 2017. When we say fast-growing, we mean it – we've almost doubled in size in the past 12 months. Operating about 50 portals in over 40 countries, we're a global team of 50+ colleagues, with half working remotely and offices in Copenhagen and London. We remain proudly independent, self-funded, and profitable.
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced QA Lead to elevate the quality of our internal tools and processes. In this role, you will “own” the automated end-to-end (e2e) testing process, mentor a growing QA team, and take initiative in shaping how quality assurance is embedded into our development lifecycle.
This is a remote role, and we’re looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong cultural fit, and fluency in English.
Lead and evolve our QA strategy, with a strong focus on automated e2e testing as a core development process. Define scope, requirements, and roadmap for test automation.
Develop our QA team, helping them grow technically and professionally.
Be hands on: step in for manual QA and other operational responsibilities when needed (team absences, extra capacity)
Bring your own ideas to continually improve QA operations and best practices.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with product owners and developers to clarify requirements and improve testability.
Identify, track, and prioritize bugs and improvements using our tracking tools.
5-10 years of QA experience
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring QA teams.
Strong experience with automated e2e testing (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
Excellent understanding of test strategy, test case design, and bug lifecycle.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.
Comfortable working in small, dynamic, and fast-paced teams.
Proven ability to think from an end-user perspective and advocate for product quality.
ISTQB certification or equivalent.
Experience defining and maintaining test frameworks and pipelines.
Background in agile/scrum development teams.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, or similar.
Experience working in or with globally distributed teams.
Initiative-taker who brings ideas, not just issues.
Clear sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable stepping out of the job description when needed.
Collaborative team player with a strong sense of empathy and communication.
Opportunity to shape the future of QA at a scaling tech company.
Room to lead and grow a small QA team with real influence.
Supportive, flexible work culture with a mix of remote and in-office colleagues.
Professional development opportunities tailored to your growth goals.
If you’re ready to take ownership of our QA efforts and help us build quality into everything we do, we want to hear from you!
