What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain a scalable, user-friendly platform from ideation to deployment, delivering end-to-end solutions.

• Craft intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces that make finding and creating tabs a joy for musicians.

• Develop secure, efficient back-end APIs and database systems to power marketplace features, user profiles, and payment integrations.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and music enthusiasts to bring creative ideas to life.

• Optimize performance to ensure fast, seamless experiences for users worldwide.

• Integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways like Stripe, music APIs) to enhance platform functionality.

• Write clean, maintainable code and advocate for high-quality, reliable solutions.

• Work across teams to align efforts and deliver features that resonate with our community.

• Stay curious, experimenting with new tools and frameworks to keep PaidTabs cutting-edge.

What You Bring

• Technical Skills:

  • Front-End: Expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS or similar.

  • Back-End: Proficiency in Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/Flask).

  • Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

  • APIs: Strong knowledge of REST, GraphQL, or tRPC.

  • Tooling: Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), linting, and Git.

  • Bonus: Experience with music APIs, Web3/NFTs, or internationalization (i18n).

• 3+ years of full stack development experience, solving complex technical challenges at scale.

• A passion for writing clean, declarative code and building accessible, user-focused interfaces.

• Comfort working in a lean, multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with designers and product teams.

• A proactive mindset, confident in your skills and eager to take ownership of projects.

• Fluency in English (our company language) and a knack for clear communication.

• A love for music, ideally with some connection to guitar or tablature culture.
