To expand our footprint in Spain, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can localize our brand, connect with the farming community, and bring powerful storytelling to life on the ground. This role offers flexibility in location. You can choose to work from our vibrant Spain office in Vitoria-Gasteiz, or embrace the convenience of remote work, depending on your preference.

Adapt and localize global marketing campaigns for the Spanish market
Write, translate, and publish compelling Spanish content (social posts, web, press, newsletters, etc.)
Manage and grow the brand’s social presence in Spain, especially on Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Plan and execute marketing activities including trade shows, field days, and webinars
Collaborate with Spanish influencers ("farmfluencers") and local ambassadors
Build relationships with agri-media outlets and lead local media buying
Represent the brand voice across online communities and agri forums
Work closely with the Spanish sales team and the global marketing team to align messaging and insights
Share local trends, opportunities, and cultural insights with the global team
Uphold the brand’s tone and values while tailoring storytelling to Spanish farmers
4+ years’ experience in marketing, within agriculture, tech, or rural innovation (must have).
Native-level Spanish speaker with excellent writing skills.
High level of English; Portuguese a bonus.
Availability to national and international travel occasionally.
Proven ability to craft strong brand messaging and editorial content
Experience managing digital and event marketing campaigns
Solid understanding of Spain’s agricultural audience and regional nuances
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable – you thrive in a scale-up/start-up culture
Experience managing social media and working with external partners/influencers
Strong organizational and project management skills
