We build tools that help national cybersecurity centers, Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs), and large enterprises protect entire societies from cyber threats. Our products, Arctic Hub and Arctic EWS, are used to build cybersecurity Early Warning Services in national and commercial environments.
We are now seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to help us elevate customer engagement, support, and satisfaction to the next level.

You’ll work directly with our global customers to ensure they’re getting value from our products, from onboarding and technical troubleshooting to gathering feedback and shaping future improvements. This role blends technical depth, customer insight, and strategic impact.
Whether you’re supporting national CSIRTs or helping enterprises manage their threat exposure, your work will directly enhance cyber resilience on a large scale.
Customer Support Management
Organize and formalize the customer support process to support our company goals.
Ensure all support requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
Maintain clear, helpful documentation for frequently asked questions.
Customer Support
Help configure and deploy our solutions to customers.
Troubleshoot technical challenges and coordinate with internal technical experts when deeper expertise is needed.
Customer Success
Proactively check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor key customer health signals and proactively manage risks to retention or satisfaction.
Act as the customer's internal advocate—channeling feedback to product, R&D, and sales teams.
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing education on Arctic Security products.

Your Background Should Include:
A technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering)
Previous experience or demonstrable interest in cybersecurity topics
At least a few years of prior experience in customer success, support, pre-sales, or post-sales roles—ideally in IT or cybersecurity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in both written and spoken English.
Confidence in managing your own time and priorities independently.
A self-starter mindset and the curiosity to learn new technologies.
Bonus Points For:
Additional working proficiency in languages other than English.
Familiarity with national CSIRTs/CERTs or public-sector cybersecurity practices.
Experience supporting or deploying cybersecurity, networking, or IT monitoring tools.
A passion for public-interest technology and improving digital defenses at scale.
Proficiency in working with Linux environments.
Knowledge of Python programming
