We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our growing commercial team in the UK and help drive new customer growth across Managed Service Providers and Enterprises. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to make an impact, and enjoys solving complex challenges through consultative selling.

What You’ll Do

- Own and execute the sales process from initial outreach to close, targeting enterprise buyers and MSPs.

- Identify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, and warm leads.

- Conduct impactful discovery calls and presentations that align ONEiO’s managed service model to customer needs.

- Manage and maintain an active pipeline while forecasting and reporting accurately.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and long-term value delivery.

- Stay on top of trends in the managed services, ITSM, and integration space.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in B2B sales of managed services, outsourced IT, or integration-related offerings.

- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex, service-led deals.

- Strong understanding of value selling in the context of recurring service delivery.

- Familiarity with ITSM or SIAM frameworks is a strong plus.

- High energy, curiosity, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
