Bokio is an ever-evolving SaaS company that offers accounting software, financial services and a range of other services to small businesses. By digitizing and automating ongoing accounting, we are helping entrepreneurs and accounting firms in Sweden to streamline their operations. With an international team of 80+ employees in Gothenburg and Stockholm, we are now looking for a Marketing Lead for our Marketing team located in Gothenburg.
As our Marketing Lead at Bokio, you’ll be responsible for identifying and understanding trends and insights, levering data, and executing marketing projects across our paid and owned channels with the primary objective of increasing conversion throughout the customer journey. Understanding the importance of the product-market fit and having a genuine interest in identifying and communicating value to current and potential customers is at the core of this position.
This is a cross-functional role where you’ll as a part of the marketing team will work closely with the business, onboarding, and product teams within Bokio to collaborate on optimizing user onboarding and increasing activation, feature engagement, and user retention.
Set and execute on marketing strategies, including Go-To-Market strategies for products and features, in order to drive business results and adoption.
Manage, ideate, and execute on marketing campaigns by coordinating specialists and partners for content creation and distribution.
Understand how customer product usage can be optimized by seizing opportunities and executing continuous iteration of the content presented on our website, landing pages, and emails.
Build and maintain excellent relationships across the organization (e.g., with product managers, developers, and researchers).
Approach marketing in a data-first way, leveraging our current insights and data stack, as well as identifying new possibilities to use data in valuable ways.
Leverage Hubspot to create tailored marketing automation processes along the entire customer journey, with the goal of increasing conversion throughout the funnel.
We think you have broad marketing knowledge spanning performance marketing, branding, and media. Proficiency in working with flows and automations in HubSpot or similar CRM systems. To thrive in this role you should be comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses, possessing the ability to interpret and leverage data from different sources for marketing purposes.
Working in marketing in a product-driven organization, you should possess the ability to identify products and features respective market fit, to then create and execute on strategies and campaigns that help the products & features find its’ audiences. Further, you take an interest in the journey to become a customer, and understand how to leverage data to optimize volume and conversion rate across the entire journey.

Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs
Improving data and utilizing it effectively, managing automations and workflows.

Have understanding of the Bokio product or the field of accounting
Experience working in SaaS environment
Marketing automation experience
Experience in managing requirements for agencies and partners
Prior leadership experience
Experience in content management systems (e.g. Umbraco, WordPress)
