The Internship

We’re looking for a motivated intern passionate about automation and eager to apply theoretical knowledge to real business challenges. You’ll work directly with our Founders, and play a key role in optimizing and automating our customer delivery processes.

Your Responsibilities

Identify and analyze business processes with automation potential
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms
Collaborate closely with the Founders to understand business needs and design appropriate automation solutions
Test and document automated workflows to ensure stability and scalability
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation in our automation strategy

We’re Looking for Someone Who

Has graduated with a relevant higher education degree (e.g., IT, Engineering, Business) and is currently unemployed
Has a strong interest in process optimization and automation technologies
Thinks analytically, works systematically, and loves solving complex problems
Has experience with—or is eager to learn—RPA tools and scripting languages
Communicates clearly and works well in a fully remote, international team
