The Role: Shape our visual future! As our Visual Designer, you'll be the creative engine behind our paid social campaigns (Meta & TikTok), engaging display ads, and the evolution of our brand and website. You'll collaborate closely with our Brand and Paid Social teams, and even influence website conversions through smart design.
What You'll Do:
Social Media Wizardry: Design scroll-stopping static, video, and interactive creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ads.
Display Dynamo: Craft compelling display banners that grab attention.
Brand Guardian: Contribute to and refine our visual identity, helping to build clear design guidelines.
Website Innovator: Partner with Brand and CRO teams to propose and design website improvements that boost user experience and conversions.
Guideline Guru: Develop and maintain our design brand bible.
Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Product, and Development.
Trend Hunter: Stay ahead of the curve in design tools and social media best practices.
About You:
2+ years of digital design experience, ideally with a focus on social media advertising.
A killer portfolio showcasing your work across social, display, and ideally web.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
A strong eye for design principles, typography, and layout.
Experience designing for mobile-first.
Deep understanding of Meta & TikTok ad creative best practices.
Basic grasp of web design and UX concepts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to juggle projects and meet deadlines.
A pixel-perfect approach and passion for quality.
Bonus Points For:
Motion graphics and video editing skills.
Figma proficiency.
Understanding of A/B testing in design.
Experience building brand guidelines.
HTML/CSS knowledge.
