Are you a sharp commercial strategist passionate about customers, growth, and smart processes? Do you want to be part of shaping something from the ground up – as a co-founder – that truly makes a difference? Then we want to talk to you.


Your Role – CSMO & Co-founder

As our chief sales and marketing officer, you'll bring our product to market. You’ll define our go-to-market strategy, build sales processes from scratch, and maintain close contact with customers to understand their needs and maximize value.

You’ll be part of the leadership team – and receive an ownership stake.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define GTM strategy and build the pipeline

  • Drive sales and structure CRM and processes

  • Build the brand and refine our positioning

  • Communicate the value, not just the features

  • Help close our first paying customers


Who We Think You Are

You're business-driven, thrive in dynamic environments, and are motivated by building something from scratch. You're looking for a context where you can make a real impact – and co-own what you’re building.

You likely have experience as a salesperson, marketing manager, business developer, or from the startup world.

You’re also ready to invest your time in something you believe in, and you see long-term potential in joining a company early in its journey.
