We are seeking a Clinical Research Manager to lead and oversee clinical research operations and validation studies for our AI tools in medical image analysis.

The ideal candidate will: 

• Manage and coordinate clinical research projects, ensuring study quality, regulatory compliance, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

• Design and execute validation studies to rigorously test AI tools against clinical standards, providing evidence for regulatory submissions and real-world adoption. 

• Oversee regulatory processes, including protocol submissions and compliance with FDA and UKCA requirements (experience with these is highly desirable). 

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to align research with clinical needs and regulatory standards. 

• Lead and supervise research staff, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to protocols. 

Location: Preferably Helsinki, but remote work is possible. 

Preferred Experience: 

• Clinical research management in healthcare or medical imaging. 

• Validation of AI tools for medical image analysis. 

• Familiarity with FDA and UKCA regulatory processes. 

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
