As Digital Experience Manager – Team Lead at Superside, you will lead a team of digital experience managers while actively managing complex projects yourself. In this hybrid role, you’ll drive both people and process excellence—ensuring we deliver quality at scale while helping shape the future of how digital gets done at Superside.

You’ll work across websites, landing pages, emails, design systems, and digital product experiences to guide our customers and teams toward outcomes that drive business growth.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Digital Experience Managers, offering feedback, coaching, and career development support.
  • Manage complex digital projects across multiple formats and channels, from scoping and discovery through to final delivery.
  • Drive clarity, consistency, and quality by helping shape and document our digital workflows and delivery best practices.
  • Guide project planning, quoting, and strategy to ensure customers needs are clearly defined and translated into achievable solutions.
  • Participate hands-on in strategic accounts, owning workstreams and setting a high standard for project leadership.
  • Collaborate across creative, development, and customer teams to deliver integrated solutions across Superside’s digital ecosystem.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers, able to confidently present ideas, align stakeholders, and guide high-level decision-making.
  • dentify and resolve delivery challenges across teams, proposing new methodologies and enabling smooth communication.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, team support, and shared learning through process documentation, retrospectives, and playbooks.
  • Help your team connect Superside’s full-service capabilities to customer needs, identifying opportunities to grow impact.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • 6+ years of experience in digital project or experience management, including 2+ years leading a team.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale digital programs and mentoring cross-functional contributors.
  • A deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including web development, UX/UI, and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale delivery operations, workflows, and documentation across a remote-first environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership presence, with a collaborative and empathetic approach to management.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity with structure and clarity.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with detail-oriented execution.
  • Comfortable working with clients at the executive level, presenting ideas and managing feedback with confidence.
  • Experience adapting project methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid) to match the needs of each engagement.
  • Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, HTML/CSS, and project tools like Figma.
