What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and lead digital projects across a variety of formats, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.
  • Participate in project scoping and quoting, contributing to pitches and proposals with thoughtful input.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation, tracking progress and reporting on milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing feedback loops and ensuring alignment throughout delivery.
  • Guide discovery and briefing phases, helping articulate business goals, target audiences, and strategic priorities.
  • Champion best practices in UX, responsive design, accessibility, and performance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure all projects are properly documented and archived and all project artifacts are stored and shared effectively.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration across creative, development, strategy, and customers teams.
  • Identify and advocate for improvements in workflows and processes across Superside’s digital operations.
  • Support a culture of excellence by leading stand-ups, reviews, retros, and cross-functional planning.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • 4+ years of experience managing digital projects, ideally in a creative, digital, or web agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, including UX, responsive design, content, performance, and accessibility.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, remote teams and deliver high-quality work at speed and scale.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills with the confidence to present work and manage feedback with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Webflow, WordPress), Figma, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work alongside sales and pre-sales teams to define creative and technical solutions.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple service offerings (creative, brand, web, product) to deliver integrated experiences.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO principles, and no-code or low-code tools.
  • A user-first, strategic mindset with high attention to detail and a bias for action.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and driving results in a remote-first, global environment.
