About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Director to lead and grow our customer function at Spoor. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for customer success, retention and account growth - building long-term partnerships with renewable energy companies and ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.
You’ll blend strategic leadership with hands-on management: from onboarding and adoption to renewals and expansion. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, while laying the foundations for a scalable customer success operation. Over time, you’ll build and lead a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the journey.
