YOUR MISSION AT VOI

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to support our Operations team(s) at Voi. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with passionate professionals and contribute directly to the success of our mission to redefine urban transportation.
As an integral part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in solving operational challenges, primarily related to our In field operations. You’ll work closely with Operations Managers and Associates to improve the quality of our service. Here’s a look at your day-to-day duties:

• Support and take ownership of projects aimed at improving service delivery and help us hit key targets 
• Work closely with the in-field operations team to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Actively supporting our operations teams in their day to day activities.
• Analysing data using different software and present findings to the team
• Liaise with a variety of stakeholders such as city officials and partner companies and central operations experts.

Who You’ll Work With:

• Operations Associates and Managers – Collaborate with a motivated team to deliver results
• Site Managers and Team Leads – Support the operational side of our fleet to ensure operational efficiency 

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

At Voi, you’ll come across new tasks regularly and having previous experience of problem-solving will assist you along the way. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person is:

• A student within Business, Engineering, Management or similar
• Proficient in tools such as G-Suite and MS Office
• Interested in micromobility and Voi
• A great communicator, both internally and externally
• Experienced in Excel and other tools such as Tableau, SQL and metabase 
• Passionate for new mobility solutions – You’re eager to learn and excited to tackle operational challenges
• Analytical: You’re comfortable working with larger datasets and analyzing data to make informed decisions
