Ready to shape the future at the cutting edge of AI and neuroscience? At Neurons, we're not just building technology - we're transforming the way the world understands human decision-making. We're looking for bold thinkers to help design and deploy machine learning models fueled by biometric, neurometric, and psychometric data. You’ll also help craft powerful AI workflows using generative and multi-modal models that push boundaries and unlock real-world impact. You'll work closely with passionate, cross-functional teams, turning ideas into scalable solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands. All within a culture that champions curiosity, collaboration, and personal growth. If you're driven by innovation, excited to explore uncharted territory, and ready to build the future - let’s talk!
Your key responsibilities:
Architect and build advanced AI solutions using multi-process workflows powered by generative AI and multi-modal models, driving innovation within Neurons AI.
Design, train, and deploy machine learning models that utilize biometric, neurometric, and psychometric data to solve real-world challenges in neuroscience and marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our platform, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and meet client needs.
Stay at the forefront of AI advancements - especially in generative AI and neuroscience - to continuously enhance the impact and performance of our technology.
What we're looking for:
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with key frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including building multi-process workflows, integrating multi-modal LLMs, and designing effective LLM evaluation frameworks.
Comfortable with version control (Git) and Docker. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (especially GCP), REST APIs, MLOps workflows, or Terraform is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proven experience - or strong motivation to learn - best practices in writing production-quality code with a focus on maintainability, security, and performance.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
