We are now looking for Fulfillment Operators to join our team at Lier! 

You'll be a part of a visionary Operations team responsible for the operational tasks, within one of our three departments, Dry, Cold or Terminal/Freeze. As a Fulfillment Operator at Oda, you will contribute to the value chain in picking and ensuring good quality groceries for our customers. Together with the team, you as a Fulfillment Operator will be responsible for getting the right groceries, to the right customer, at the right time.

As a Fulfillment Operator, you will work alongside your colleagues to solve some of the important challenges we face here at Oda. What you’ll be doing

• Pick and pack goods for customers.
• Be the first point of contact for the handover of goods from suppliers.
• Ensure that there are products on the shelves and ensure that the workplace is kept tidy.
• Work closely with your team to achieve our operational goals and measure against company KPI´s.
• Contribute to a culture that works with continuous improvement of processes and working methods.

What would be nice to have 💡

• Previous experience from warehouse work, in a value chain, trade, or in production.
• Your own car or being able to drive is great since our working hours don't align well with public transportation.
• It's a plus if you have a forklift certificate.
• Being service-minded and customer-focused.

Practical information ℹ️

• We are hiring for day shifts in our Dry and Cold department and night shifts in all our departments. Please specify in your application which shift and department you are applying for. You’ll primarily work in one department, but it’s essential to be flexible and assist in the others when needed.
• Working hours: 
  • Day shift: 06:30-14:30
  • Night shift: 22:00-06:00
• You are going to follow a turnus with work every fourth weekend
• Working temperatures:
  • Dry Department: normal warehouse temperature
  • Cold Department: 2-4℃
  • Terminal/Freeze Department: up to -25℃
