Title: Customer Support Advisor

Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Supervisor: Head of Support

Location: Based near Oslo, Trondheim or Molde (working at least four days per week in office)

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing clear and effective solutions.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our virtual fencing products.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of customer support policies and procedures.

Who are we looking for

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
  • You have 1-2 years experience in customer support or a related field.
  • You have experience from working in CRM systems such as Hubspot, Intercom or Zendesk.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • You have the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues using various tools and methods.

In addition, it would be great if you are

  • Eager to show initiative, works independently and prioritises the most important tasks first.
  • Passionate for customer service in general, and has an eye for discovering challenges and providing solutions.
  • Efficient and enjoys structure.
  • Have a high attention to detail and a solid commitment to quality.
  • A team player that cooperate well with others, shares knowledge, experience and information, and support other team members in the pursuit of team goals.
  • Experienced with working with farmers.
