About the opportunity:
We are looking for a legal counsel to support the sourcing, contracting and management of our customers, suppliers and partners. The role will support solving diverse legal matters, including related to compliance, consumer protection, corporate and employment law. Your responsibilities may include:
Drive commercial contract excellence through negotiation and management across multiple business domains
Provide legal framework for both consumer and B2B sales channels to operate successfully
Create scalable contract solutions that support business growth while maintaining legal integrity
Deliver strategic legal counsel that enables business stakeholders to make confident decisions
Enhance the authoritative voice on consumer protection laws and their practical application
Drive continuous improvement of legal templates, policies, and procedures while developing standardized procurement contracts that effectively mitigate business risks and ensure compliance
We are looking for the following experience:
Masters degree in law (or similar degree)
2+ years of relevant experience
Experience from a reputable law firm and/or in-house environment
Demonstrated experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, with strong skills in risk assessment and management.
Expertise in dealing with consumer protection, intellectual property, outsourced manufacturing, international logistics and/or retail is a plus
Experience with corporate law, employment law is a plus
