We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to assist in setting up, customizing, and optimizing our CRM system, with a focus on HubSpot. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and has a knack for streamlining workflows and integrating tools like Slack to improve team collaboration and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and configuration of the HubSpot CRM system
Customize pipelines, contact properties, workflows, and reports to suit business needs
Integrate Slack for real-time team updates, notifications, and CRM-driven alerts
Support data migration and cleanup tasks
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather CRM requirements
Monitor CRM performance and identify areas for improvement
Provide documentation and basic training for team members on new processes or tools
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot
Understanding of Slack and its integration capabilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with setting up or maintaining a CRM system
Basic understanding of marketing automation and sales funnel concepts
Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot reports, Google Sheets)
