Grow sales of Claviate’s AI technology supporting the green transition

At Claviate, we have developed a revolutionary data platform built around advanced AI cameras deployed worldwide. Our solutions support the installation and documentation of wind turbines - both offshore and onshore. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with commercial acumen and technical understanding to drive our sales engagements with both wind turbine manufacturers and wind farm developers.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers, fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the wind energy sector.

  • Draft standard and project/customer tailored proposals, negotiate and close contracts and ensure handover to internal project managers.

  • Key Account Management responsibilities for some of our larger customers

  • Leverage technical expertise to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and address technical inquiries effectively.

  • Support implementation of a future CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain comprehensive client information.

  • Support the development and standardization of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing, to ensure efficiency and scalability.


We’re looking for someone with: 

  • +5 years experience in Sales within the renewable energy sector, preferably with exposure to wind energy projects.

  • Proven track record in developing and winning complex sales deals with large-scale customers.

  • Understanding of wind turbine construction processes and related technologies as foundations.

  • Strong team-player mindset to ensure internal collaboration and create customer satisfaction


It’s a plus if you also have: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Danish and German is advantageous.

  • Flexibility to travel and work with international customers and projects.

  • Comfort in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach.
