We’re entering five new European markets within the next 18 months by winning major tenders in collaboration with strategic partners. About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be part of our mission to transform waste management for cities and municipalities. You’ll be responsible for driving growth strategies, winning international tenders, and ensuring that our project deliveries exceed client expectations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Tenders: Identify and win major tenders in collaboration with strategic partners and internal teams.

• Growth Strategy: Develop market entry strategies, including analysis of local requirements and business opportunities.

• Delivery: Ensure smooth project kick-offs by facilitating workshops and working with clients and partners to implement our solutions.

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues to drive successful outcomes.

• Sustainability: Integrate WasteHero’s sustainability vision into all aspects of your work – from strategic partnerships to project delivery.

Who Are You?

We’re looking for someone passionate about making a difference – someone who is analytical, strategic, and loves getting things done.

We imagine you have:

• Experience: 3–5 years in management consulting, international business development, or strategic project management – preferably with a focus on sustainability or tech.

• Strategic Thinking: You know how to navigate complex tender and project landscapes.

• Communication Skills: You can clearly convey technical and commercial messages – and engage both clients and internal teams.

• Cultural Awareness: Experience working across borders and cultures.

• Passion for Sustainability: You want to help create a greener future through innovative solutions.
