Technical Lead at FigureFlow

FigureFlow is searching for a Technical Lead to join our technical team. With us, you will be able to participate in the development of a complex financial modeling software, innovatively combining classic financial modeling with the state-of-the-art machine learning and AI technologies.

What we expect

• Solid understanding of software engineering. We are thinking about 5+ years working as a tech lead or a senior software engineer. Things like architecture discussions, containerization, CI/CD, general understanding of GitHub Flow or similar git workflow patterns should not be completely new for you.

• Good communication skills. Working in a startup requires a mindful approach to communication. You should be able to quickly understand the context, ask the right questions and be able to clearly present and motivate the way forward you see, along with all the suggestions and concerns.

• Desire to work with Python, Django, Postgres and VueJS. This is our current stack, and while it is still totally possible to change it to something else, you'll have to deal with it for a while

• Additional plus if you have experience of building data pipelines of different scale, working with LLM and building teams and hiring.

• You should be legally allowed to work in Sweden

Currently we are working hybrid, with two days at the office, but we are also open to fully remote work.
