Read on to find out what part you could play in our story.

We’re looking for a People Systems Project Leader to join Oda!

In this role, you'll be a key player in keeping Oda's People Systems running smoothly, making sure data flows seamlessly to support how we operate. You'll team up with folks in the People team and business leaders to understand user needs, and you'll build solutions that make their processes way more efficient, really improving everyone's experience here at Oda. You will also work with people from Infrastructure & Organizational Engineering to ensure the people systems are working well with other parts of the company Technology Stack.

Don't worry, though, you won't start from scratch. Our current architecture is modular and integrated, but we are looking for someone to take us to the next level!

What you’ll be doing as a People Systems Project Leader

  • Own and manage the People Systems landscape, including configuration and security, to ensure smooth operation, seamless integration, and optimal utilization (including Workday and Quinyx), working closely with the People Hub.

  • Lead key People Systems projects, such as implementing new systems, closing down old ones, and building/maintaining integrations.

  • Update, optimize, and maintain data structures, ensuring top-notch data quality.

  • Partner closely with teams such as Organizational Engineering, Finance, and Data & Insight teams in Oda to ensure alignment and effective system usage.

  • Negotiate People Systems contracts to secure the best possible value.

  • Help with ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decisions.

To thrive in this role, we believe you're comfortable with complex systems and processes, you pay close attention to detail, and you're passionate about delivering high-quality results. You're a confident communicator, able to explain things clearly and build strong relationships to drive change effectively.

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟

  • 2+ years with Technical Project Management and/or system administration.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and navigate complex systems and data flows, and a commitment to detail and quality.

  • Experience using Google Sheets or Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, understand their needs, and drive change effectively.

What would be nice to have 💡

  • It's a bonus if you're keen to understand People processes (but don't worry if you haven't worked with them before).

  • It's great if you've got experience with HR systems like Workday and Okta (or similar), but it's not a must-have.

Oda

Oda is the leading online grocery retailer in Norway, but as a company, we’re first and foremost an ambitious tech and logistics company - not a classic retailer. We’re one of the fastest-growing startups in the Nordics, working with huge, complex challenges to make the lives of our customers simpler and easier. Want to join us? Our goal is to create the world's most efficient retail system. Through smart work, passionate customer focus and our own technology we make a difference in the lives of thousands of customers and change society for the better through a completely re-imagined value chain for grocery shopping. Our customers save more than 60 hours a year, time we believe can be better spent than going to the store. Our effective value chain and logistics save society tonnes of food waste each year and our distribution network replace almost 13,000 individual trips by car to the grocery store each year.
