🚀 Your Mission

You’ll identify and engage organizations where customer experience is a strategic priority.

Equipped with modern sales tools and a consultative mindset, you’ll:

  • Proactively hunt and develop new sales opportunities across Europe

  • Use social selling and strategic networking to book meetings with key stakeholders

  • Lead value-based sales conversations that highlight ROI and business impact

  • Close SaaS deals in the €20,000–€40,000 ARR range with mid-to-large enterprises

  • Build lasting relationships and position Surveypal as a trusted CX partner


🎯 What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven success in international B2B sales

  • A track record of closing €20K–€40K ARR deals, ideally in analytics, BI, or CX platforms

  • Passion for AI innovation and transforming customer experiences

  • At least 5 years of solution selling experience

  • Expertise in value-based selling and navigating complex sales cycles

  • Experience working with clients in retail, hospitality, or financial services

  • Confidence in engaging C-level stakeholders and building strategic relationships

  • Strong cultural adaptability and international business acumen

  • Fluent English required; other European languages are a big plus

  • Willingness to travel across European markets as needed


💼 What We Offer

  • Base salary: €3,500–€4,500/month based on your experience and results

  • OTE: €8,000+ per month with uncapped commissions
