Hormona is on a mission to revolutionize women’s hormonal health through science, data, and tech. Our app helps women track hormone patterns, understand their cycle, and receive personalized, science-backed insights into their wellbeing. With thousands of users and growing fast, we're building the next-generation platform for proactive, personalized healthcare—and we want you to be part of it.
We’re looking for a curious, driven Product Analyst Intern who’s excited about making a real impact. You’ll work closely with our Product, Growth, and Data teams to dive deep into user behavior, uncover insights, and help shape the direction of Hormona’s product.
This is an ideal role for someone with a data-oriented mindset and a passion for health, wellness, or femtech. Whether you’re still studying or recently graduated, we’d love to hear from you.
Analyze user behavior across the app to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
Support A/B testing and growth experiments with data insights
Build dashboards and reports using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker Studio
Collaborate with product managers and designers to inform roadmap decisions
Present findings and recommendations in clear, actionable formats
Some experience with product or data analytics (coursework, projects, or previous internships)
Comfortable working with data tools like Excel, SQL, or Python (Mixpanel/Amplitude is a plus!)
Analytical thinker who loves to ask “why?” and digs into the numbers
Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
