At Kanpla, we are on a mission to serve canteens with better software. To improve how thousands of hard-working chefs manage their canteen, we are building one platform to combine all sales channels of App, POS, and Web with the chef’s favourite tools to manage menus.

Founded in 2020, Kanpla has become the platform of choice for thousands of canteens in schools, universities, and global enterprises. Today, our solution is used across 14 countries and more than 400,000 users. The Kanpla team consists of 55 individuals distributed across Europe as a remote-first organisation with offices in Amsterdam, London, Copenhagen, and Aarhus.

The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Content to help bring our brand, campaigns, and storytelling to the next level. You’ll be the go-to person for turning ideas into standout creative that drives real impact across our marketing, sales, and customer success efforts.

This is very much a role that combines strategy and individual contribution/execution.

You’ll be working working closely together with our Brand Designer, Bianka and our Head of Marketing, Asger.

We Imagine You

• Have a strong eye for design and a good sense of quality

• Passionate about storytelling

• Develop and lead our content strategy (blog, social, product marketing, etc.)

• Can write clear, engaging copy in English that fits the tone and purpose

• Confident working in design programs such as Figma and Adobe

• Curious, creative, and always thinking about how to do improve things

• Able to collaborate with different teams, including marketing, design, and product

• Quick to learn about our industry and audience

• Have experience in a similar role or within the industry

• Not being afraid to put on your work gloves and help with various ad-hoc tasks in the department

• See AI as an opportunity and already use it as part of your workflow
