We are now looking for 3- to 6 month Internship positions for Fashion Interns to join our team at Josefines gate 23, 0351 Oslo. In this role, you will be the face of Fitjeans in our flagship store while also supporting our global customer service through email and digital platforms. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys connecting with people worldwide, and wants to help build a life and a world we’re excited to be part of, through creativity and action that makes a difference.
Job Duties
In-store Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in our Oslo store, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and valued.
Advise customers on fit, style, and product details to help them find their perfect jeans.
Handle transactions, exchanges, and returns with professionalism.
Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and overall customer experience.
Global Customer Service
Answer customer inquiries via email and other digital channels, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly communication.
Support customers in over 127 countries with questions about orders, returns, shipping, and product information.
Act as a bridge between in-store experience and our international e-commerce operations.
Team & Culture
Collaborate with the wider Fitjeans team to share insights from both the store and customer interactions.
Contribute ideas to improve the shopping experience, both online and offline.
Embody the Fitjeans values of confidence, creativity, and comfort.
Must have
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Norwegian is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
Organized, reliable, and proactive in solving customer needs.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, international e-commerce environment.
Based in Oslo, with full-time presence required at Josefines gate 23.
