Brand & Marketing Manager
As Brand & Marketing Manager at Grale, you will be at the forefront of building our brand and leading impactful marketing and communication initiatives. You will combine strategy with execution, ensuring our message reaches the right audience and creates real engagement.
You will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, developing compelling storytelling, growing our digital presence, and driving data-informed decisions to position Grale as a global leader in sustainability.
This is a hands-on and strategic role for a creative doer who knows how to bring ideas to life and wants to use the power of brand to make a real impact.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Shape and manage Grale’s brand identity, tone of voice and storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Create and optimize content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
- Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive earned media and build Grale’s public presence through storytelling, media outreach, and thought leadership.
- Ensure high quality and consistency across all marketing materials and brand expressions.
- Track performance, analyze insights, and adapt strategies to maximize impact.
- Keep up with trends in sustainability, consumer behavior and branding to stay relevant.
- Collaborate across teams and with creative partners to bring the brand to life in new and engaging ways.
- Leverage new tools, tech and AI to streamline content production, campaign execution and insight generation.
Ideal Candidate
- To succeed in this role, we believe that you have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding or communication.
- A strong strategic mindset and hands-on creative skills.
- Excellent storytelling, content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Strong understanding of brand development, tone of voice and visual identity.
- Data-driven with experience of tracking and optimizing marketing performance.
- Tech-savvy and confident in exploring new tools, platforms and AI solutions.
- Deep knowledge of digital and social platforms and how to create engagement on each.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
