Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Commercial Specialist to help expand Mobcoder’s presence in Norway and the broader Nordic market. You will play a crucial role in developing business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving strategic partnerships. If you're passionate about technology, skilled in sales and relationship building, and ready to contribute to an ambitious global team, we'd love to connect with you.

This is an exciting opportunity to join early in our Nordic journey and be part of building something from the ground up. The role offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to shape and implement your own go-to-market strategy while building a client base. Your contributions will directly shape our growth in the region, and as the business scales, so will your role and rewards.

Importantly, this role is backed by an already established brand with a strong international presence. You won’t need to worry about investor outreach or funding responsibilities—your full focus can remain on developing commercial strategy and acquiring customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and establish relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.

  • Communicate Mobcoder’s innovative offerings, particularly focusing on AI and digital transformation solutions.

  • Actively contribute to our market expansion strategy by generating leads and driving sales.

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and prospects.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role, preferably within the IT or technology industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and proactively.

  • Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English.

Compensation :

This role is initially structured as commission-based, offering significant earning potential directly tied to performance and successful business generation.

Once we establish a client base, there is a strong possibility of transitioning to a fixed salary combined with a performance-based bonus structure.

Autonomy & ownership:

Full responsibility for your sales process and strategy.

If the collaboration proves successful, there is also potential for equity-based compensation as part of long-term growth and partnership.
